Family Trip to Disneyland...Day 1

Our first few days of Spring Break were awesome! My parents treated our family and my sister and her family to two days at Disneyland! We stayed at the Paradise Pier Hotel which is the Disneyland hotel across the street from the Grand California Hotel. We were able to cut right through to California Adventure...no lines! We only live 40 minutes from Disneyland but it was so fun to stay close and make the most of our vacation!

Day 1...Part 1...After checking in to our hotel we headed over to California Adventure for lunch and some rides! Macie went on "Soarin' Over California" for the first time!

Day 1...Part 2...Wake up Macie! We're going swimming!!!! That afternoon, we went back to our hotel to go to the pool! Our hotel had a fun waterslide next to the pool. The kids loved it! Well, Macie did not really like it that much...or really at all!

Day 1...Part 3... After we got all dried off, we ate dinner in the restaurant at our hotel where the kids got to make their own pizzas. Then we headed off to Disneyland! We took the Monorail from Downtown Disney into the park which drops off in Tomorrowland. We went on Autopia and watched the fireworks!

The kids got to sit in the very front car of the Monorail. The conductor let all of our kids honk the horn!

Looks like Abbie may need a few driving lessons!

Day 1 is finally over! Day 2 was full of fun too!

Family Trip to Disneyland...Day 2

Day 2 of our super fun Disneyland trip started off with breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen! Wow! What a buffet treat for kids and adults! There was everything from omelets to Mickey waffles to peanut butter and jelly pizza! Delicious breakfast with fun characters to talk to also!

Macie does not particularly care for large furry costumed characters...

...nothing that a yummy pink cupcake couldn't fix!

Abbie, Reese, and Macie

After breakfast we went into Disneyland for a morning and afternoon of more rides and treats! I didn't take many pictures today I guess.

Ummm...Aaron totally won the "Nerdiest Tourist-looking Nerd" contest...Accept that we really weren't having that contest! So...not quite sure why he is wearing that! By the way...in this picture he is rubbing sunscreen on, which makes him look even nerdier!

Riding back on the Monorail...time to go home for Caden's first Tball practice of the season!!! We made it just in time!

We had a really fun time! Thank you Mimi and Papa for treating us to a wonderful, magical, fun-filled trip to Disneyland! We love you!

Our Special Leprechaun!

On St. Patrick's Day...we had green pancakes, green eggs, and green yogurt! Oh...and all of it made by our very own leprechaun...Daddy!

Macie and I went to visit our special leprechaun and our other green friend Yoda at Daddy's classroom!

Macie and Lilly at Disneyland

A few weeks ago, my sister-in-law Amanda and I took our girls to Disneyland for a few hours. It was a beautiful day with very short lines and very happy little 2 year olds!
