Huntington Beach

For the past 3 years now, my parents have been pulling their fifth-wheel trailer down south for the winter! They are "snow birds"! They left their Lake Almanor house in the middle of December and went to San Jose...then Bakersfield to spend Christmas Eve with my sister...then to our house for Christmas plus a few days...then to Huntington Beach for two weeks!

They have since left Huntington Beach and went to a "resort" in Lake Havasu. They will be there for a few weeks then they will go to Palm Springs for 2 months...then back to Huntington Beach for their final week (1st week of April). We plan to all meet up at Disneyland to celebrate the April birthdays (2 of my 3 and both of my sister's). My parents love their travel months but they are usually ready to get back to the lake! We love their travel months because we get to see them a lot! We always go over to Huntington while they're there and they come over to our house. We will also go see them in Palm Springs a few times, etc.

While Abbie and Caden went on a sand dollar search with Papa, Macie and I went back to the trailer so Mimi could paint Macie's toes!

Mimi and Papa are really enjoying retirement...at the lake and traveling!
