Setting Up...Rancho Remembers 2

The 2nd Annual "Rancho Remembers" Veterans Event at Rancho Cucamonga High School!

Here are some pictures of the staff and students setting up for this exciting, important event! Aaron has worked so hard as the director of this event! Last year 60 veterans came to participate...this year 160 are expected!

Thank you Adam for letting us borrow your truck to move desks from classrooms to the gym where the event is being held!

The students who were there to help were amazing! Over 180 desks needed to be moved from various classrooms on campus to the gym.. They loaded trucks with desks and then unloaded them at the gym. They helped set everything up in the gym...covered tables, set up stage, hung flags and signs, set up over 600 chairs, etc.!

I'm working on the next post...the actual event!
